Ensenada Baja Tacos started with a simple belief: the best tacos don't need a fancy dining room — they need fresh ingredients, real technique, and a kitchen that treats every order like it's for family.

Our recipes draw from the coastal kitchens of Baja California — where fish hits the grill straight off the boat and salsas are made with chiles roasted that morning.
